SOIGNÉ products are handcrafted and intended for personal use. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at meetsoigne@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost Packages

SOIGNÉ is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once tracking number has been issued. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
