Order Processing Time

All SOIGNÉ products are thoughtfully prepared and packed with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via standard carrier service within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

 

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Shipping time does not include processing time.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Delays

SOIGNÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
